自動車にも搭載されるHighPerformanceSoC製品は、"CASE(コネクテッド、自動運転、シェアリング、電動化)"に代表される自動車の電子化/高機能化を実現するためのキーパーツである。従来以上に機能、性能の向上が求められ、SoCは大規模化、複雑化が加速しています。非車載分野の半導体ベンダの市場参入で競争が激化しコスト競争力向上も課題です。大規模、複雑なSoC製品を高い品質で効率的に開発するためには、最新の検証戦略・検証環境が必須であり、Innovativeに検証技術を開発できるエンジニア/リーダーを募集しています。
また、設計はベトナム,インドの設計拠点(言語:英語)と協働開発している為、グローバルに活躍できるエンジニアを期待しております。
'SOC RTLの検証エンジニアまたは検証リーダーとして
■ 検証戦略・計画の策定
検証容易性を考慮した設計プロセスの構築
検証項目の網羅性・妥当性の確認
検証スケジュールリソースの最適化
■ 検証実務の推進
UVMやSystemVerilogを用いたテストベンチ開発
論理検証(RTLレベル)および機能検証の実施
MBISTやSCANなどのテスト挿入と評価
■ チームマネジメント
検証チームの立ち上げと育成
外部パートナーや他部門との連携
KPI(性能・面積・検証容易性)に基づく進捗管理
■ ドキュメント整備とレビュー
検証仕様書、検証結果報告書の作成
設計仕様書とのトレーサビリティチェック
資格
【MUST】
・SOC RTL検証経験 8年以上
- RTL検証、機能検証、フォーマル検証、カバレッジ分析
- テストベンチアーキテクチャ設計
・言語・ツール
- SystemVerilog、UVM、C/C++、Python、Shell
- RTL simulator, Formal verification tool
・英語によるコミュニケーションスキル
【WANT】
・EmulatorによるRTL検証
・実務での英語利用経験
