顧客の多様なニーズに応えるソリューションを提供しています。

0から1のサービス立ち上げ支援から地方企業のDX推進、具体的な課題解決まで、

社員エンジニアがお客様専属のチームを編成し、柔軟かつ迅速に対応いたします。

地方DXへの取り組みとして、地方が抱えるDX化の遅れやIT人材の都心流出といった課題解決に尽力し、

地方に開発拠点を設け、地域に根差した課題解決を実装しています。

チーム開発を推進する環境として、様々な企業から幅広い開発案件を獲得し、

自社の開発組織に適した案件規模、技術スタック、開発環境を選定し、

最適なプロジェクト開発支援を推進しています。

【求める人材】

・ 言語志向よりも、プロダクト・チーム志向の強い方

・ Webアプリケーションのバックエンド実務開発経験4年以上

・ Git / GitHubを利用したチームでの開発経験

・ ミッションやビジョンコンパス(行動指針)への共感

【歓迎】

・ PHP / / TypeScript / Reactなどweb系言語に関する知識とスキル

・ MySQLをはじめとしたDBに関する知識とスキル

・ AWS / GCPなどクラウドサーバに関する知識とスキル

【給与】

年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
