While Tokyo's commercial real estate market is the largest in the world, the fact that its data is often buried is a little-known barrier to building better cities. What if people worldwide could recognize Japan's true value and use data to leverage its resources? It would open up a future where the economy thrives and cities become globally competitive.

This is the future the company wants to realize through its purpose: "Unlocking the true value of industries."

To achieve this purpose, the company secured a significant Series B funding round in October 2024. In January 2025, it accelerated its AI initiatives by launching an AI Lab for real estate. By combining its accumulated data and software with AI technology, the company is taking on the challenge of developing and providing AI solutions for the leasing, sales, and urban development sectors. This work will help create leasing and sales transactions that were not possible with traditional methods.

In line with this, the company is now recruiting members to join its Real Estate AI Lab and help build this business. You'll be in an environment where you can seize emerging business opportunities and tackle cutting-edge challenges.

【Responsibilities】

1. Data Engineering for Continuous Value Creation

・You'll handle the collection, analysis, maintenance, and operation of diverse real estate data.

・You'll build ETL pipelines and perform data cleansing and feature engineering.

・You'll be responsible for the design and operation of data infrastructure and cloud infrastructure.

1. Research & Development of New ML/Deep Learning Models

・You'll select and implement algorithms—including regression, classification, and generative models—that are best suited for the business domain.

・You'll perform model performance tuning for both online and batch inference.

・You'll research and apply the latest papers, OSS, and LLMs, and write about your findings.

1. Planning New Products to Maximize Customer Value

・You'll collaborate with business team members to identify AI use cases and needs.

・You'll lead the planning of AI products, from PoC to MVP development.

・You'll drive product growth by always focusing on delivering value to the market and customers.

This work can even lead to publishing papers, presenting at conferences, and filing patents for your innovations.

【 Requirements】

【Required】

・Basic software development skills

Experience in team development using GitHub, etc.

Experience in tool and application development using scripting languages

・Practical experience in data engineering or data analysis

Experience in using large-scale data processing platforms and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)

Experience in data analysis and pipeline construction using SQL

・Knowledge and implementation experience in machine learning and deep learning

Experience in model development using Python and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.)

Understanding of basic algorithms and statistical methods

【Preferred】

・Experience utilizing LLM (large language models) and other technologies

Experience utilizing various models such as ChatGPT API

・Knowledge of MLOps environment construction

Experience introducing container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as CI/CD related to machine learning

・Development experience in startups and new businesses

Experience in fast-paced development in a small, elite team
