Summary
A leading neutral-atom quantum computing company is seeking a
Quantum Solutions Scientist
to develop algorithms and applications in collaboration with external customers, partners, and research collaborators.
In this role, you will work on diverse projects spanning
machine learning, operations research, data science, chemistry
, and more. You will contribute both independently and as part of a team, working directly with clients, collaborators, and users of quantum computers to implement algorithms, develop use-cases, and create practical business solutions leveraging near- and intermediate-term neutral atom quantum platforms.

Qualifications
- MSc or Ph.D. (or equivalent experience) in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
- Expert knowledge in at least one of: quantum machine learning, quantum optimization, quantum chemistry, or quantum information science
- Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and algorithmic primitives
- Proficiency in Python
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English and Japanese - Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in an industry domain such as logistics, finance, operations research, chemistry, biotech, engineering, or machine learning
- Experience developing client-focused quantum solutions
- Familiarity with scientific software development practices and tools such as GitHub
- Experience with HPC or cloud computing environments
- Prior exposure to neutral-atom quantum computing platforms
