【仕事内容】

経理財務本部部にて経理もしくは財務業務全般、若手メンバーのマネジメントまで幅広く対応頂きます。

【具体的には】

<経理>

・会計処理作業と、チェック業務

・開示書類作成(有価証券報告書、決算短信など)

・法人税申告

・監査法人、税理士対応

・制度に基づく業務の他、予算編成や部門別損益とその予決算管理を中心とした管理会計業務を行っており、

月次単位で経営陣や部門長へ情報提供しています。

<財務>

・財務戦略の立案・実行

・予算、資金管理

・資金調達

・余剰資金の運用

・金融機関との折衝等

・新規サービス案件の経理的対応(会計処理考案、業務フロー構築、M&A)

・その他業務フロー改善(会計処理、システム等)

【配属部署】

経理財務部は50代3名、40代社員1名、30代社員8名、20代社員12名の計24名(男性13名、女性11名)で構成されています。

【仕事のやりがい、難しさ】

麻生の経理財務部は、麻生グループにおける経理財務部門の一面も担っており、

グループ法人における会計・税務・資金業務(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須】

・税理士資格、または公認会計士資格をお持ちの方

・前職で課長級の管理職経験がある方

・M&A(特に買い手側)の経験がある

・金商法に基づく連結決算の経験がある
