仕事内容:

*国産材の魅力を活かし、教育施設向けの木製家具や内装を提案・製作する総合職募集*

【仕事内容】

入社後は2~3年かけて、モノづくりの基礎から作図、現場管理まで幅広く学べる研修を実施。図面の見方や作成もイチから丁寧に指導します。複数部署を経験し、希望や適性を考慮して本配属となります。

営業職では、お客様のイメージやニーズをヒアリングし、設計部門と連携してオーダーメイドの家具や内装を提案・販売。施工管理では現場の図面作成や取り付け手配、ゼネコンとの調整など、プロジェクト全体の進行役を担います。購買担当は材料の仕入れや協力工場への発注など、ものづくりの根幹を支えます。

開発型メーカーとして、1人で複数の役割を担うこともあり、幅広いスキルが身につきます。社用車支給、運転免許取得サポートあり。未経験からスペシャリストを目指せる環境です。
