【仕事内容】
アプリケーション開発・保守・運用に関する手法と
工程標準化の作成・改善、及びプロセス遵守のための啓蒙活動を行います。
工程標準に関するSOX外部・内部監査対応、及び個別指摘に対する改善対応の現場支援も行います。
障害管理標準の作成・改善、標準ルールに則した障害の横断的管理、
及びプロセス遵守のための啓蒙活動も実施いたします。
社内システム保守業務全般におけるサービスレベルの策定・改善、
及びモニタリングによる横断的管理も担当いたします。
会社横断的な立場から開発・保守・運用現場、
およびバックオフィスをサポートし、オリックス・グループに貢献します。
【求める人材】
・ アプリケーション開発/保守、運用管理の実務経験(6年以上)
・ 現場業務の統制活動や、改善提案の経験
・ アプリ/基盤部門の現場担当者やチームメンバー、社内外関係者とのコミュニケーション力/折衝力
・ 社内規定の策定や改定に携わった経験

・ 経営層向けの報告及び報告資料を作成された経験
・ 外部/内部監査の指摘改善を取りまとめた経験
・ 高度情報処理試験「システム監査技術者」保有者
【給与】
年収636~1125万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
