【仕事内容】

オリックス・グループのミドルオフィス部門として、

開発・保守・運用現場、およびバックオフィスをサポートしています。

社内業務のガバナンス向上を目的とした牽制・統制活動や、

SOX外部監査対応の全体取りまとめ、アプリケーション開発・保守・運用に関する手法と

工程の標準化などを行っています。

また、障害管理標準の作成・改善や、社内のシステム・サーバーの一元管理も担っています。

【具体的には】

・ 所属部門の業務全般

・ ミドルオフィス部門として、会社横断的な立場から開発

・保守・運用現場、およびバックオフィスをサポート

・ プロジェクト内容

・ 社内業務に対するガバナンスの向上を目的とした牽制/統制活

・ SOX外部監査対応の全体取り纏め、及び、個別指摘に対する改善

・ SOX内部監査における整備/運用状況の検証、統制活動

・ オリックスグループの法務・コンプライアンス、情報セキュリティの

活動指針に基づく統制活動

・ アプリケーション開発・保守・運用に関する手法と工程標準化の作成・改善、

およびプロセス遵守のための啓蒙活動

【求める人材】

・ 監査対応又はアプリケーション開発/保守、運用管理の実務経験(6年以上)

・ 現場業務の統制活動や、監査指摘の取纏め、改善提案の経験がある

・ アプリ/基盤の現場担当者や外部監査人とのコミュニケーション力/折衝力

【歓迎】

・ 経営層向けの報告及び報告資料を作成された経験

・ アプリ・基盤の現場担当者や外部監査人とのコミュニケーション力/折衝力

・ 高度情報処理試験「システム監査技術者」保有者

【給与】

年収636~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
