【期待する役割】
世界最大の製鉄プラントエンジニアリング会社であるドイツのSMS社のグループ会社であるポールワース社(一貫製鉄所の製銑設備の設計・供給における世界トップ企業)とIHI(国内や海外における豊富な高炉建設改修の実績を持つ重工業メーカー)の合弁会社として2012年に設立されたIHIポールワース社において、ポールワース社が所有する欧州の最先端の技術を活用し、製鉄・非鉄・高炉業界におけるカーボンニュートラルを達成するためのプロセスエンジニアリングをお任せいたします。
ポールワースとIHI両社の長年にわたる実績に裏打ちされた高い品質・技術水準、世界で培われた多彩な製品群等を強みとして、顧客のカーボンニュートラル実現に向けたスケールの大きな業務に携わることができます。
※ご経験やスキルを踏まえ管理職あるいは担当管理職(スペシャリスト)としての採用となる可能性がございます。
【具体的には】
鉄鋼業界では、カーボンニュートラルの達成に向けた電炉への切り替えやCCS/CCUSなどの技術開発が積極的に取り組まれている中、現在ではそれらの技術を活かした新しい設備の導入等が進むフェーズとなっています。
リードエンジニアとして、国内の製鉄・製鋼企業を中心とした高炉代替としての電気炉設備導入やカーボンニュートラルに関わる設備など最先端の技術を活用したプロセスエンエンジニアリングをお任せいたします。
IHIポールワースはポールワース社のみならず、その親会社であるドイツSMSグループの先進設備も取り揃えており、それらの製品・技術を用いて顧客へ幅広い技術提案を進めて行きます。案件はFSから参画し、世界をリードする技術を活かした高クオリティかつコストミニマムな設計提案を顧客のニーズに合わせて行います。
プロセスの基本設計はヨーロッパ(SMSやポールワースもしくはSMS)で行われており、ヨーロッパの技術者とコミュニケーションを取りながら顧客からの要求仕様を検討し、合意形成を進めて行きます。
その後は同社製品の顧客向けローカライズを含めた仕様への落とし込み、設計とその取りまとめを担当いただきます。

【必須要件】
■プラントでのプロセス設計経験
■ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC:700点目安)
【給与】
年収 1000 ~ 1500 万円
※年収は、経験・年齢・資格等を考慮し、規定により決定致します。
■賞与:年2回(6月、12月)■残業代:別途支給致します。
※管理職採用となった場合は、監理・監督者のため残業代の支給はございません。
予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。月給は固定手当を含めた表記です。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
