栃木県内各地の工事現場・イベント会場での警備員募集

◆こんなお仕事です◆

Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. インフラ工事現場、建築現場、イベント会場など栃木県内各地が勤務地となります。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. カラーコーンやバリケード周辺での立哨、通行人や車両の安全誘導が中心です。シンプルな作業なので、未経験の方でも安心して始められます。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 経験豊富な講師による研修があり、資格取得支援制度も完備。交通誘導2級取得者には日給+1,000円の手当も支給されます。

Q. どんな方が活躍していますか?

A. 10代から70代まで幅広い年代の方が活躍中。学生、フリーター、主婦(夫)、シニアまで歓迎しており、定年後の方も多数在籍しています。

勤務時間・曜日:

・実働時間:1日8時間

・平均勤務日数:月3日~25日

・シフト制:1日と15日に半月分を申告。週1日から相談に応じます。

・希望考慮:日勤のみ、平日のみ、土日のみなど、ライフスタイルに合わせた時間帯・曜日の相談が可能です。

休暇・休日:

・シフトによる自由設定

・年次有給休暇あり(社内規定による)

・家庭の都合や学校行事などに合わせた休日取得が可能です。

【給与詳細】

・日勤:日給 10,000円~

・夜勤:日給 11,500円~

・昇給制度:随時あり

・各種手当:

・隊長手当(規定あり)

・交通誘導2級所持者:日給+1,000円

・精勤手当:月22日以上勤務で、以降の日給が1,000円アップ

・支払い方法:日払い・週払い可能
