役割について
リミットブレイクでは、エキサイティングな新規事業を率いる優秀なUnityエンジニアを募集しています私たちは、最先端のミッドコア3Dモバイルゲームをコンセプトから実現まで開発する画期的な旅に出ようとしています。
最初のうちは、少人数ながらダイナミックなチームと密接に協力しながら、ゲームのプロトタイプを作り上げ、改良していきます。プロジェクトが勢いを増すにつれて、様々な分野のリードやディレクターと協力しながら、プリプロダクションからフルプロダクションまでチームのスケーリングを担当します。

職務内容
● Unity(C#)で堅牢なゲームプレイシステムの設計、装、メンテナンス ● デザイナーやアーティストと協力し、機能を実現する。 ● Unityで、ライブ設定やコンテンツの変更に対応できるモジュール式のデータ駆動型システムを設計、実装する。 ● クライアントとサーバーのスムーズな通信を保証するために、バックエンドチームとのインタフェース。 ● アーキテクチャの決定に貢献し、若手開発者の指導を支援する。 ● Unityのプロファイリングとデバッグツールを使用して、パフォーマンス、クラッシュ、ビルドサイズに関する問題を診断し、解決する。 ● 機能の完全なオーナーシップを持ち、コンセプトから磨き上げまで一貫して行い、最高のものに仕上げる。
理想的な人材像
● ゲーム開発における8年以上の実務経験、Unityでの5年以上の実務経験。 ● UnityとC#のスキルが高く、エンジンのライフサイクルを深く理解している。 ● Unityを使用し、モバイルをターゲットとしたライブサービスゲームを1つ以上出荷したことがある。 ● 大規模で確立されたUnityコードベースの中で、最小限の混乱で既存システムのリファクタリングや拡張を自信を持って行える方。 ● 積極的なマインドセットと、最初から最後まで機能のオーナーシップを持っていること。 ● MonoBehaviours、ScriptableObjects、Prefabs、Addressableのベストプラクティスを含むUnityのアーキテクチャをよく理解していること。 ● 他のエンジニア、デザイナー、アーティストと協力し、明確にコミュニケーションを取りながら、自律的に仕事を進めることができる。
歓迎スキル
● 英語と日本語のバイリンガル。 ● GoLang、Redis、SQL、Dockerなどのバックエンド技術に関する知識。 ● Free-to-Playタイトルの経験。 ● CI/CDパイプラインに精通していること。
