株式会社Luxatesは、

通信回線やネットワーク環境を

企画・提案する会社です。

今回は、事業拡大に伴い

法人向け通信回線の

提案営業を募集します。

お任せするのは、

法人のお客様に向けて、

通信環境のる課題や

お悩みをヒアリングし、

状況に合ったサービスを

提案するお仕事です。

仕事内容

・法人のお客様へ通信サービスの提案

・通信環境や業務内容のヒアリング

・光回線などの通信プランの企画提案

・セキュリティやDX商材などのご案内

・提案内容の整理、簡単な資料作成

・アポイント取得

※専任部門がありますが

自分で動く場面もあります

未経験でも安心の教育体制

入社後は座学で、

通信回線や商材の基礎から学びます。

その後は先輩に同行して商談を経験。

不明点はすぐ聞ける環境です。

1~2か月ほどで独り立ちできます。

安定月給+インセンティブで評価

安定した月給をベースに、

成果はインセンティブで還元。

フルコミッションではないため、

収入面の不安なく働けます。

未経験でも、

2~6か月で成果が出やすい設計です。

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩あり)

残業時間:月平均時間10時間~20時間

アクセス:

地下鉄各線「伏見駅」より徒歩6分

給与:

月給27万円~+インセンティブ

※固定残業代:6万9166円(45時間分)含む

※固定残業代を超える時間外労働分は別途支給

遠方からの帰宅、渋滞なども考慮した設定です

※経験・スキルを考慮して決定

※試用期間中も給与条件の変更なし

インセンティブについて

月8~10社の成約目標の達成で、

月3万~10万円を支給。

※15万円支給の実績もあります。

入社後3か月間は、

目標件数を5社からスタート。

無理なく成果を積み上げられる

入社1年目/年収400万円

入社2年目/年収500万円

(月給30万円+インセンティブ5万円+手当1万円+賞与)

入社2年目/リーダー/年収600万円
