Q. どんな工事を担当しますか?

A. マンション・集合住宅・商業ビル・公共施設等の大規模修繕工事における現場施工管理業務です。100世帯以上、金額7千万円以上の案件がメインとなります。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 管理組合との打ち合わせから始まり、工事施工計画の立案、工程表作成、現場での施工品質・安全管理、資材発注を含む工程管理、竣工検査立ち会い、アフターケアまで一連の業務を担当します。

A. 未経験OK新入社員研修からマネジメント研修まで段階的な教育体制が整っています。ITツール(ANDPAD)を活用した効率的な業務進行もサポートします。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
