【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

急拡大する組織や事業の多角化に合わせて、システム導入やリプレース、業務生産性向上などIT技術を使って社内ITインフラにおける企画・推進を幅広く担当しています。

・LITALICOが運営する各教室・福祉事業施設やM&Aしたグループ会社のネットワーク・インフラの導入~整備(ネットワーク回線、電話回線、消防通報回線、防犯カメラ、複合機など)

・クラウドサービスやPC ソフトウェアの選定、導入、及びライセンス管理(システムの統合・契約・名義変更など)

・デバイス管理ツール群の設計~導入

・トラブルシューティング(システムやネットワークに問題が発生した際に、実際に機器を操作して問題を特定し、解決する)

【具体的には】

以下いずれかのプロジェクトをメンバーとして推進していただきます。

・全社業務生産性向上プロジェクト

・全社グループウェア導入検討

・全国各事業所・拠点開設時のネットワーク構築・カメラ等設備の構築・セットアップ

・ゼロトラストNW構築~活用プロジェクト

・統合認証認可基盤構築といった全社システムインフラプロジェクト

など

※具体的な業務については選考の中で、ご経験や志向性をお伺いしながら相談・調整させてください。

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ ネットワーク設計/運用、SaaS導入、グループウェア導入/製品選定のいずれかのご経験が3年以上あること

対象ユーザー規模(影響範囲): 1000人以上

拠点数: 20拠点以上

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
