【仕事内容】

顧客からの注文入力・出荷処理業:注文内容の確認、SAPへの入力、入力内容確認 実績データ抽出、抽出データを用いてExcelの加工(Pivot Tableなど) 顧客からの問い合わせに対する電話対応(10%) 営業・倉庫との電話・メールでのコミュニケーション(15%)
