なぜDatachainが実現できるのか
・日本の大手の銀行も海外送金で利用している、世界200以上の国と地域、11,000以上の機関を結ぶ金融取引の通信網と連携し、ステーブルコインを用いた国際送金基盤を開発する
・2023年6月に先進国で初めてブロックチェーンのステーブルコインに関する法案が日本で施行された、この領域で日本が世界をリードしている
・Datachainが研究開発してきた技術であるブロックチェーン間の送信技術が世界をリードしている
エンジニアリングマネージャには新たな大きな事業を推進するため、新規のチームを立ち上げる必要がある、その役割が必要になってきた
既存の良いエンジニアの価値観は残し、大きくなる組織を上手く動かすための新しい仕組みを作っていく力のある人を求めている
エンジニアリングマネージャは組織を通して成果を発揮する
現場のエンジニアの力を最大限に発揮してもらうことを目指し、中長期の目線で組織を作り、Datachainのエンジニアは非常にシニアなエンジニアが多いので、技術を直接アドバイスすることはしない
組織構造や開発プロセスの中で起きる課題と技術的課題を整理して解決へと導く
実装は行わないが、技術の意義は理解する必要がある
採用や登壇の場やキャリアアドバイスをする際には、技術のメリット/デメリットや流行や面白さなどを語り、エンジニアの力を活躍させていく
このポジションの要求条件
・新規のチーム立ち上げや大きな組織変化を起こしたエンジニアリングマネジメント経験
・より良い開発環境を作るための開発プロセスや改善プロセスの導入の経験
・組織的課題を解決するための体系的なアジャイル開発やコーティングやマネジメントの知識
・個人の思いに寄り添い、やるべきこととやりたいことを両立して成果に繋げる経験
・エンジニアリング領域の技術広報/採用活動の推進経験
・ブロックチェーンに関連する開発経験、知識
・英語でのコミュニケーション、マネジメント経験
・Go, Java, C/C++, Rust, Scala 等での開発経験
・ドメインの深い開発の経験、パフォーマンス要件が強い開発の経験
