勤務時間


・早番 8:45~ 17:15 ・遅番 11:45~ 20:15

7.5時間シフト制(年中無休、土日祝日勤務あり、原則週休2日制)

※繁忙時には時間外勤務をお願いする場合があります。(10~15時間/月)休憩:昼食時間 1時間

研修期間中は8:45~ 17:15 原則土日休み・週休二日制

【ドコモインフォメーションセンターでの電話受付業務】

  • リフレッシュルーム(休憩室)にはドリンクサーバー・自動販売機・マッサージチェアを設置しています

業務内容

ドコモサービスについての各種お問い合わせ/手続き/おすすめサービスのご提案(以下一例)

  • 料金プランのご相談
  • 住所変更
  • 盗難・紛失時の利用中断・再開
  • 支払方法の変更
  • ご契約内容・ご利用料金の確認
  • 各種サービスのお問い合わせ・申し込み など

勤務開始日:2月9日(月)

研修期間:2月9日~5月27日(予定)
