【業務内容】

特別養護老人ホームにて、入居者さまが日々の生活の中で自然に体を動かせるようサポートするリハビリを行います。

歩行・立ち上がり・姿勢保持などの基本動作に加え、食事の姿勢調整や整容動作、ベッド上での寝返りなど"生活の中の小さな動き"に着目したリハを実施。

ご利用者が無理なく続けられるよう、環境調整や介護スタッフへの動作アドバイスも積極的に行います。

長期的な関わりの中で、一つひとつの動作が安定していく過程を一緒に見守れるやりがいのある職場です。

【1日のスケジュール例】

8:45 出勤・申し送り(生活場面での課題を共有)

9:15 午前リハ(生活動作中心の個別訓練)

11:30 食事前の姿勢・動作チェック

12:00 休憩

13:30 午後リハ(立位保持・座位バランス・環境調整)

15:00 介護スタッフへの動作指導・情報交換

16:00 記録・リハ計画見直し

17:30 退勤

給与:

【月給】23万3,500円~(※経験考慮有) 住居手当 扶養手当等 昇給あり 賞与あり 年2回、3.5ヶ月
