仕事内容


当社は生活に欠かせない水処理施設の設備工事・維持管理等を手掛けています。そのため社会情勢に影響されにくく、業績が安定していることが当社の強みです。東証プライム上場「ヤマダホーディングスグループ」の一員でもあり、経営基盤が安定しています。

今回、募集させていただくお仕事は、公共浄水場の設備工事における現場の施工管理です。大切なライフラインを守るお仕事です。

【具体的には】

お客様との打ち合わせ、現場工程の確認のための写真撮影、現場管理(工程・安全・品質など)、工事関係書類の作成、協力会社への発注、職人さんの手配、引き渡し立会い 等です。

基本的に現場へは直行・直帰(社有車運転)が多くなります。

【資格等】

業務に必要な資格もありますが、未経験で入社される方も多く、入社後に資格取得支援(費用会社負担・教育)を受けながら取得を目指せますので安心して下さい。

最寄り駅:JR線・日比谷線「秋葉原駅」、新宿線「岩本町」、JR総武本線「馬喰町駅」

入社後は社有車貸与による通勤で、現場施設への直行も多くなります。

・本社事務所と同じフロアにある東日本環境プラントグループに所属となります。

・在勤者数は約40名です。異なる役割のチームが積極的に協力し合っている職場環境です。

・全員にパソコン、スマホ(iPhon)貸与。業務はシステム化が進み、取引関係書類は基幹システムで作成、社内の申請・届出もほとんどワーフクロー、出退勤管理は就業管理システム利用です。スマホのLINEWORKSで社内の連絡やり取りができます

実働時間:1日あたり7時間45分

09:00 ~ 17:30

実働時間:7時間45分/1日

(時間外労働有:月平均10~15時間)※時期、受注工事等により変動

所定時間は現場施設に応じて時差勤務(8:00~16:30に繰上げ等)となる場合があります。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 220000円 ~ 310000円

※試用期間は、3ヶ月です。その他待遇に変更はありません。

※上記給与、年収に加えて、要件満たせば家族手当、住宅手当が別途支給されます。上記年収に想定賞与額を含みます。

扶養家族手当:配偶者15,000円、子6,000円/1人、他3,500円/人※計4名まで

(報奨金)資格取得報奨金((例)施工管理技士2級:5万円・1級:10万円、第二種電気工事士:3万円ほか)、勤続報奨金(勤続5年から5年毎に3万円~20万円)、無事故報奨(交通事故無事故1年で1万円、3年で3万円等)
