仕事内容:

・デイサービス(通所介護)の運営管理全般

1:ご利用者様・ご家族・ケアマネージャー様の相談対応業務

2:利用開始時の契約等の各種手続き

3:通初介護計画書・各種帳票の作成

4:サービス担当者会議への参加

5:ご利用者様の送迎を含む介護業務全般

6:スタッフの勤怠管理、指導・育成

7:その他施設管理に付随する業務

【給与】

・¥300,000 – ¥500,000 月給

など様々なご利用者様の要望に応えることができる施設です。

理学療法士を配置したリハビリデイサービスです。

ご利用者様に対してより良くを提供できている介護施設です。

自立度の高いご利用者様も多く、イベントやアクティビティ

活動が充実し前向きに楽しく仕事ができる環境があります。

スタッフが多数在籍しており年齢層も20~60代と幅広く、

働きやすい職場環境があります。

グループ内に保育園・託児所・内科クリニック

・歯科クリニックがあり、

様々な協力を得ながら安心して働くことができます。

・第1種普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

・通所介護生活相談員の用件を満たす資格
