総合リハビリ施設BALENAにおける
・ デイサービス部門
・新規事業開発部門 に関する求人です。
ご希望により、選任又は兼務での勤務をお選びいただけます。
弊社では、「食とリハビリでフレイルを予防する」オシャレな自立支援型のデイサービスを運営しています。利用者さんは、歩いたり、身の回りのことはご自身でできる方が殆どです。皆さんの経験や資格を活用して、シニアの方々のサポートを一緒にしませんか?
理学療法士が5名在籍しているので、困ったことはすぐに解決します。
デイサービス業務では、3時間のデイサービスにおける
・グループレッスン業務
・フロアスタッフ業務(コミュ力が高い方・経験者優遇)
・送迎業務
を担当して頂きます。
デイサービス事業以外にも、「理学療法士のいる靴屋さん(アシックス商事代理店)」「YouTube制作配信事業」「企業コンサル事業」など、多くの経験と人脈を形成することもできることが、弊社で働いていただくメリットです。

スタッフは合計70名在籍しており、毎日楽しく運営しています。経験がない方もサポート致しますので、お気軽のご応募ください。管理栄養士が監修したこだわりの美味しいお食事(賄い)もあります。
