業務管掌は、半導体後工程(組立工程及びテスト工程)になります。
生産拠点は、2030年に向けて自動化及び標準化活動を推進し、コストダウン及び高い生産効率の実現を目指しています。また地政学リスクの影響を考慮し、生産の最適アロケーションを決める必要があります。更にビジネスを拡大するために新しい技術開発テーマと設備投資を策定し、将来の売上計画を達成できるための生産環境の準備をして頂きます。
業務は、半導体後工程の生産戦略のプランニング(A: 拠点生産戦略・設備投資)PJ推進・実行、またはB: 工場の費用・製品コスト・工場 KPIの策定となります。
A: 拠点生産戦略・設備投資
B: 工場の費用・製品コスト・工場 KPI 適性をもとにA,Bどちらかをご担当して頂きます。
