【仕事内容】

人事評価・勤怠・採用管理などを統合するシステム導入プロジェクトにおいて、ベンダー・業務部門と連携しながらプロジェクト推進を担っていただきます。

■ 業務内容

・要件定義〜設計・受入テストまでの進行管理

・人事部門との折衝、業務フロー整理

・外部ベンダーの進捗・品質管理

・課題・リスクの洗い出しと対策立案

・関係者向けの報告資料/議事録作成

・ITシステム導入におけるPM経験

・クラウド型人事システムの導入経験

・PMOやPL経験者も応募可

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00〜19:00(実働8時間程度)

※配属プロジェクトによっては異なる場合がございます
