仕事内容:

システムエンジニアとして、ビジネスエンジニアリング事業と地方創生事業に関する開発業務をご担当いただきます。

★上流〜下流まで一気通貫で携われます

・業務分析

・クラウド(AWS・GCPなど)を用いた開発

・データ分析基盤を用いた開発

・Webアプリケーションシステムの開発

・Webデザイン・制作

はじめの1〜2カ月は、独自の研修プログラムを受けていただきながら知識を身に着け、その後はPJTへ配属となります。実際に現場で先輩メンバーやPMと一緒に教えてもらいながら、開発を進めていただきます。

日頃から机を並べて一緒に仕事をすることを大事にしており、非常にコミュニケーションが取りやすいフラットな職場です。対面の方が質問や相談がしやすく、濃い経験を積めます。他社よりも成長スピードが速いです

【嬉しい評価制度】

半年間に1回(7、12月)の評価会があります。全社員の前で自分の半年間取り組んだ業務内容のプレゼンを行なっていただきます。

毎回、年収ベースで150万〜200万ぐらいの金額が上がる人がいます。過去最高では400万近い昇給実績もあります。(※半年の評価です。半年後に評価がよければさらに上がります)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,231〜¥91,040(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
