仕事内容:

当社が運営する屋内型農園にて、

農園全体の運営や環境づくりに関わる業務を行います。

農園では、企業に雇用されている障がいのある方が働いており、

安心して業務に取り組めるよう、

作業環境や運営面を整えることが主な役割です。

具体的には、

・農園内の環境管理、備品の管理

・関係者との連絡、情報共有

・見学や体験時の案内対応

・簡単な事務作業、報告対応

・​送迎

※生活や就労を直接支援する業務ではありません。

普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

パソコン(Word、Excel初級程度)

学歴:高卒以上

9:00~18:00

(実働8時間/休憩60分)

*月~金の勤務(土日祝休み)

・完全週休2日制(土曜・日曜・祝日)

・年末年始休暇(12/29~1/3)

・夏期休暇(6/1~9/30の間の4日間)

年間休日125日以上

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥48,240(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

(内訳)

・基本給:20万1,760円

・固定残業代:4万8,240円(30時間/月)

※超過分は全額支給
