【職務概要】
外部CIO的な立ち位置で上流の提案からリリース後の伴走も行うコンサルティングエンジニアを行っていただきます。
【職務詳細】
顧客の持続的成長を実現するため、業務面、システム面の課題を抽出し解決のための提案を行います。
そしてコンサル、提案だけでなく自ら手を動かして保守まで一気通貫で担当し、実行・推進していきます。
具体的には
顧客にもっとも近い立場でシステムを見ていきます。
└システムの改善提案、それに伴う要件定義、設計、開発、
テストなど一連の作業
└顧客アカウント対応
(業務課題の解決、システムの仕様に対する回答等)
└顧客業務を継続させるためのシステム対応
(問題が発生した場合の暫定対応、恒久対応、システム改修、
不具合対応、データ修正等)
└定期報告
(伴走レポート作成、顧客への報告)

【必須】
次の条件を満たす方、または、見込みを持てる方
1、顧客対応を含むリーダ経験、マネジメント経験が5年以上ある方
2、下記経験の何れか
・Webシステム開発の経験(5年以上)
・オープン系言語開発の経験(5年以上)
※Javaであれば、なお可
・SQLの経験(5年以上)
※Oracleであれば、なお可

・顧客折衝の経験
・Linuxの経験
・基幹システムのPJ経験
・保守プロジェクトの経験
【給与】
年収:830万~1300万程度
月給制:月額520000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:年2回(6月、12月)
昇給:年1回(1月)
