Requirements

Must-have:

• Professional experience creating character designs, character setting documents, or illustrations (industry not specified).
• Experience using painting tools such as Photoshop or CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
• Experience providing specific feedback and revision instructions on designs or illustrations created by others (e.g., external vendors or junior team members).

Nice-to-have:

• 3+ years of experience in the game industry.
• 3+ years of experience in schedule and task management within your work area.
• Experience managing external partners.
• Experience in team leadership, art direction, or project management.
• Experience using 3D tools such as Blender or ZBrush.
• Experience using Illustrator for professional tasks.

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)

Note: The above is an estimated working time, as this position is subject to a specialized discretionary labor system.
