Character animation and character model asset production for PC/consol game development.
Includes pipeline optimization and character rig creation.
Specifically:
- Develop support tools for 3D character production.
- Create character rigs.
- Establish and maintain asset production pipelines.
- Test and implement tools and plugins, and ensure proper integration during deployment.
Requirements
Must-have:
- 3+ years of professional experience creating 2D backgrounds (industry not specified).
- 3+ years of experience using Photoshop and CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
- Ability to understand project concepts and handle the entire process from ideation to final artwork.
- Experience providing specific feedback and revision instructions on designs or illustrations created by others (e.g., external vendors or junior team members).
Nice-to-have:
- 3+ years of experience in the game industry.
- Skills in 3D tools such as Blender or Maya.
- 3+ years of experience managing schedules and tasks within your work area.
- Experience managing external partners.
- Experience in team leadership, art direction, or project management.
Ideal candidate:
Passion for games and strong affinity for SNK IPs.
Self-driven, proactive in understanding project status and making creative or technical proposals.

Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)
Note: The above is an estimated working time, as this position is subject to a specialized discretionary labor system.
Holidays & Leave
