株式会社OKUTAでは、デザイン性と性能にこだわった住宅リノベーションブランド《LOHAS studio》を中心に、

リノベーション、リフォーム、新築、建材など住宅関連事業を多岐にわたり展開しています。

最近ではサウナ事業や健康関連事業など住宅関連事業以外にも拡大進出しており、

現在設立35年目を迎えていますが、新たな事業、サービスへ積極的に邁進しています。

今回は、弊社が運営する有料会員制サービス【LOHAS CLUB】の運営に携わる事務メンバーを募集します。

未経験からでも着実にスキルが身につく育成体制と、柔軟な働き方を両立できる職場環境が魅力です

【具体的な仕事内容】

弊社が運営する有料会員制サービス「LOHAS CLUB」の会員様対応を中心とした事務作業をご担当いただきます。

「LOHAS CLUBとは...?」

この会員サービスは、お客様と末永いお付き合いをさせていただく事を目的に始まっており、

主に会員様のお家の無料メンテナンスサービスを中心に様々なサービスを提供し、住宅や暮らしに関するきめ細かなサポートを行っています。

現在17,000世帯を超える有料会員を有しており、会員サービスの充実により有料会員数が年々増加しております

「具体的な業務内容は...?」

・加入いただいているお客様に関する事務手続き

・顧客情報を専用システムに入力業務

・電話受付、WEB受付

・会員様イベント運営

・資料作成、発送業務

・簡単なデータ入力 その他

難しい業務、専門知識を要する業務はありません

PCでのWord、Excelの基本操作が出来れば、特別なスキルや知識なしで始められますので、

事務職にチャレンジしたい方も大歓迎です

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

【9:00~18:00】

給与詳細


基本給:月給 20万円 〜 26万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 月給20~26万円

※経験や能力を考慮した上で決定します

※交通費、残業手当全額支給

  • 賞与あり:決算賞与(10月)
