【仕事内容】

老人ホームにて、

入居者様の日常生活のサポートをお願いします。

具体的には…

・入浴、排せつ、食事サポート

・起床、就寝介助

・レクリエーションの企画、実施 など

\無資格や未経験の方も大歓迎/

まずは先輩と一緒に業務をします。

慣れるまで1人にはさせません

最初は利用者様の名前を覚えるところから

未経験の方は半年間、

先輩スタッフと一緒にオシゴト

一人ひとりに合わせたサポートをしているので、

安心して働けますよ

*若手からベテランさんまで活躍中*

約40名の介護スタッフが活躍中

20代~50代の幅広い年代の方々が、

みんな和気あいあいとオシゴトしてます

・40代/12名・50代/8名

勤務時間・曜日:

早出:7:00~15:30(休憩60分)

日勤:9:00~17:30(休憩60分)

遅出:11:00~19:30(休憩60分)

夜勤:19:00 ~翌 8:30(休憩60分)

※夜勤なしもOK

夜勤ありの場合も、

「週末だけなら」や「平日のみで」などの

ご希望にしっかり合わせます

もちろん、ガッツリ夜勤に入りたい方もOK

(配偶者1万6000円、⼦供2⼈⽬まで 5500円、3⼈⽬以降 2000円)

(配偶者がいない場合は⼦供1⼈⽬で1万円、2⼈⽬以降4500 円)
