【仕事内容の概要】

医療機関(病院)内にて、シーツ・枕カバー・白衣などのリネン類の管理業務をお任せします。

単なる作業だけでなく、現場を円滑に回すための「スタッフ管理」や「運用サポート」がメインミッションです。

医療現場の「清潔」を支える、社会貢献度の高い安定したお仕事です。

【具体的な仕事内容】

リネン類の管理・供給業務 病院内で使用されるシーツ、タオル、白衣などの在庫管理や配布・回収。

スタッフの管理・指導 現場で働くパートスタッフさんのシフト管理や、業務の進め方の指導。

当社独自システムの運用サポート ITを駆使した入院セットサービスなどの、現場での運用フォロー。

顧客(病院)対応 病院の担当者様との連絡調整や、現場の状況報告など。

【1日のお仕事の流れ(例)】

・09:00 出社、病院内の各部署を回り、リネンの在庫状況を確認

・10:00 パートスタッフへの指示出し、配布作業のサポート

・12:00 お昼休憩(45分)しっかり休んでリフレッシュ

・12:45 使用済みリネンの回収確認、システムへのデータ入力

・15:00 病院担当者様との打ち合わせ、翌日のスタッフ配置確認

・17:00 日報作成、明日の準備

・17:30 退勤。健軍エリアなのでお買い物にも便利な時間です

【入社後の流れ】

まずは、リネン管理の基本や自社システムの仕組みを 覚えることからスタート

いきなり管理をお任せすることはありません。

先輩の指導のもと、現場実務を経験しながら 徐々にスタッフ管理や顧客対応の幅を広げていきます。

「人の管理に挑戦してみたい」「地元で腰を据えて働きたい」という 意欲があれば未経験でもしっかり育てる環境です。

残業はほぼなく、月に10時間程度

基本給:月給 25万5600円 〜 33万7600円

固定残業代:なし

【給与・モデル年収】

・月給:255,600円 〜 337,600円 (外勤手当 7,600円を含む) ※年齢・経験を考慮し決定します。

・賞与:年2回(計3.0ヶ月分) (前年度実績:約76万円〜100万円以上)

・手当: 家族手当(配偶者1.3万円、子6,500円/人) 超勤手当・通勤手当(全額支給)
