【IR戦略の立案】
・国内外の機関投資家や個人投資家向けIR戦略の立案と実行
・コーポレートサイト(IRページ)のアップデート
【株式事務】
・ストックオプション行使の手続き
・インサイダーや自社株売買の管理
・新たな新株予約権付与に伴うフロー構築
・証券信託銀行対応、ほふり事務対応
・配当事務オペレーションの構築~実行
【株主総会対応】
・株主総会開催に向けた企画と実行
・招集通知、想定QAなどの資料作成
・信託銀行とコミュニケーションをとり、社内関係者との連携
【決算・開示対応】
・決算説明会資料の作成
・四半期決算発表説明会の運営と実行
・開示書類(招集通知、有価証券報告書、決算短信)の作成
・東証・金融庁への提出を要する制度開示の実務/制度変更時の社内対応・開示実務サポート
【サステナビリティ】
・戦略と要件のまとめ
・コーポレートサイト(サステナビリティ)のアップデート
FP&A業務
・予算策定プロセスの補助
・月次予実・KPIの集計・分析
・数字をもとにした示唆出しと経営層向けのレポート案作成
・経営会議や事業レビューに向けた資料作成サポート
・スプレッドシートやBIツールを活用したデータ集計・可視化
入社後のイメージ
■ 入社〜3ヶ月
・IR業務の基本的な流れ(開示資料作成・レビュー、決算説明会資料の更新など)をキャッチアップ
・株式事務やサステナ関連業務を部分的に担当し、業務全体を理解
■ 3〜6ヶ月
・開示資料のドラフトを主体的に作成
・投資家面談の準備や議事要点整理など、対外コミュニケーション業務に関与
・FP&A領域では、月次予実の数字を読み解き、経営層へのレポートを初稿レベルで作成
■ 6〜12ヶ月
・IR資料のリード担当として、決算説明会資料や適時開示文書を主体的に作成
・投資家面談に同席し、投資家意見を整理し、各事業部にフィードバックし、資料の充実化に取り組む
・FP&A領域でKPI分析や経営会議資料の作成に参画し、数字を通じて示唆を提案
・「IR 8割+FP&A 2割」のハイブリッドな経営企画人材として存在感を発揮
