We're seeking quality control professionals who can make a difference in the lives of people around the world.

The Quality Control team at Eli Lilly Japan is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products. We're looking for individuals with a strong background in quality control, analysis, and testing, who can work collaboratively with our global team to drive quality and excellence in all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control testing, including chemical and microbial analysis, to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and deviations, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and processes to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Lead and participate in global and local projects to drive quality and excellence in all aspects of our business.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, records, and reports.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a scientific field, such as pharmacy, chemistry, or biology.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, analysis, and testing in a pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Fluent Japanese language skills and English communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Working Hours:

8:45 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours and remote work options available.
