【仕事内容】

携帯電話の基地局工事(屋外)や、オフィス・学校での電気設備工事をお任せします。まずは先輩の道具を用意したり、現場の写真を撮ったりする簡単な補助作業からスタート。3名の少人数チームで丁寧に教えます。

  • 携帯基地局のアンテナ設置・配線
  • オフィス等の照明交換・LAN配線
  • 現場写真の撮影・整理
  • 資材の搬入・準備

~入社後のフォロー体制~

社長や先輩がマンツーマンで指導します。道具の名前から安全な作業方法まで、イチから教えるのでご安心ください。資格取得も費用全額負担で全力応援します。

はじめまして。代表の長野です。当社の求人情報をお読みいただきありがとうございます。少しだけ私の経歴、考えをお伝えしたいと思います。大前提として、ありのままを伝えたい。うちは小さな会社だし、現場仕事だから冬は寒いし、朝だって早い。でもその分、社員に対する「誠実さ」だけは、どこにも負けないつもりです。それを踏まえた上で、何か感じるものがあれば、是非ご応募ください。

【現場を知らない社長にはなりたくない。】

僕が株式会社TRAINを立ち上げたのは、現場で働いてた頃の疑問がきっかけでした。

現場で働いている社員の苦労や、どんな顔をして働いているのかを、トップの人は果たして知っているのだろうか?という疑問です。僕自身は、1メートル先で社員が何をしているかをわかる人間になりたいそう思って当時の仲間と一緒に飛び出したのが今の会社です。 だから僕は現場に出ます。みんなと同じ汗をかきます。そして儲かった分は、ちゃんとみんなに還元します。

【若い頃に嫌だったことは絶対にさせない】

この業界は「現場へ直行直帰」が多いですが、うちは一度会社に集合してからみんなで車で現場へ向かいます。なぜなら、移動時間もすべて労働時間として給料を払いたいからです。

僕が20代の頃、朝5時に出て夜22時に帰ってきても残業代が1円も出ない会社にいました。「移動は仕事じゃない」という理屈です。でも拘束されていることに変わりはないじゃないですか。だからウチでは、運転する人はもちろん後ろの席でグーグー寝ていたとしても、その時間にはきっちり残業代をつけます。基本1都3県の現場ですが渋滞とかにはまったりすることがあれば、その分給料が増える。先月なんて移動が多かったから、社員の残業代だけで9万円近くつきました。

「払いすぎだ」と笑う経営者もいるかもしれません。でも、これが僕なりの筋の通しかたなんで当たり前にしていきたいと思っています。

【一生食いっぱぐれない技術をここで】

電気工事はなくなりません。特にウチがメインでやっている携帯基地局の仕事やインフラ工事は、この先もずっと必要とされる仕事です。

学歴も経験も問いません。「そろそろフリーターを卒業したい」「結婚を考えて定職につきたい」そんな動機で十分です。必要な資格があれば、費用は全額会社が出します。ボーナスだって昨年は100万円出した実績があります。

嘘はつきません。「ここで頑張ってみようかな」と思ってくれたなら、僕はあなたを裏切りません。 面接で、腹を割って話しましょう。
