・コールセンターでの業務経験がある方(受信・発信いずれか)

・最低限のクレジットカードの利用方法(ネットショッピング時などのクレジット決済の方法)が分かる方

・スマホの基本操作ができる方

・タイピングスキル(80文字/分)
