仕事内容

イオングループの一員として、

建設関連業務を支える一般事務の

お仕事です。支社内の各部署や

現場社員と連携しながら、書類作成や

データ入力、電話対応などを

担当していただきます。

パソコンを使用した業務が中心で、

これまでの事務経験を活かしながら、

安定した環境で長く働ける

ポジションです。

  • 見積書や報告書類の作成・とりまとめ業務

・。・。・。・。・。・。・。・。・。・・。・。・。・。・。・。・。・。・。・

建設工事に関する見積書の作成補助や、

各部署・現場から提出される

報告書類の内容確認、

とりまとめ作業を行います。

フォーマットに沿った入力が中心ですが、

正確性が求められるため、

事務経験を活かして丁寧に

取り組んでいただけます。

慣れてきたら、書類作成の

補助業務もお任せします。

  • 社内システムへの入力・データ管理

社内専用システムを使用し、

工事関連データや各種情報の入力、

整理を行います。

エクセルやワードを使った

基本操作ができれば問題ありません。

日々の入力業務を通じて、

支社全体の業務が円滑に進むよう

サポートする重要な役割です。

  • 電話応対・メール対応などの事務サポート

社内外からの電話応対や、

電子メールの送受信対応を行います。

現場社員や協力会社との

やり取りもあり、

コミュニケーションを取りながら

業務を進めます。

難しい対応は少なく、

分からないことがあれば

周囲にすぐ相談できる環境です。

事務の経験を活かせます

簿記や秘書検定など特別な資格は不要。

電子メールのやり取りや、

支社内各部署から上がった報告を

集計したりといった作業が発生しますので、

パソコン操作に慣れた方でなければ

難しい業務もあります。

工事に関する報告書のとりまとめや、

作成補助もゆくゆくお任せしたいので、

建設会社で勤務したご経験がある方歓迎です。

8:30~17:30(休憩60分)
