ヘルスケア機器開発やバイオ計測技術に関するご経験をお持ちの方を歓迎します。

【職務概要】

DNAシーケンサ、PCR装置などの生体関連物質/バイオマーカ解析装置に関する研究開発業務をご担当いただきます。

【職務詳細】

以下の業務のいずれかをご担当いただきます。

・バイオマーカ計測プロトコルの立案、検証、知財化

・開発したプロトコルを実現する自動分析装置の仕様検討/開発

・バイオマーカ計測装置の新方式提案、プロトタイプ機設計、試作、評価

・新方式の生体関連物質計測技術の開発

応募資格
【必須条件】

(1)以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方(目安:3年以上)

・バイオテクノロジーを用いたバイオマーカ計測関連プロトコルの研究・開発の実務経験

・工学的技術を用いたバイオマーカ計測に関連する研究・開発の実務経験

(2)複数人体制で進める規模の新規研究あるいは開発提案の経験

(3)TOEIC700点程度の英語力のある方

(4)主筆特許2件以上、主筆論文2件以上

【歓迎条件】

1) 下記いずれかのご経験やスキルをお持ちの方:

・ゲノム情報解析関連スキル

・実験用の器具・治具等の試作経験

・機械設計、試作の経験(3D CADの利用経験があることが望ましい)

・回路設計・試作の経験(回路シミュレーションや回路設計ツールの利用経験があること、試作した回路を計測器で評価した経験があることが望ましい)

・流体制御・シミュレーションに関する経験

・外部機関との連携経験

・海外留学・海外研究機関との共同研究経験

・国プロ、科研費、社内の新規プロジェクトの提案経験

(2)ビジネスレベルの英語力(英会話での打ち合わせに支障のないレベル

※募集開始時の想定であり、選考を通じて決定の上、オファー時にご説明いたします。

【給与】

■月給:463,000〜605,000円

■年収:7,800,000〜10,300,000円

(参考)ポジション別の理論年収

本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外勤務手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)

※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出

※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。
