仕事内容:

【業務内容】

Windows11へのアップデートに伴い、クライアント端末のキッティング業務およびヘルプデスク業務を担当していただきます。

ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応を中心に、電話対応やオンサイト対応を行い、業務を円滑にサポートするポジションです。

■キッティング業務

  • Windows11クライアント端末のセットアップ、初期設定
  • OSアップデート後の動作確認
  • 業務用端末の環境構築、設定変更
  • 端末配布前後のチェック、軽微なトラブル対応

■ヘルプデスク業務

  • Windows11アップデート後のユーザーからの問い合わせ対応
  • 電話によるサポート対応
  • 現地でのオンサイト対応、トラブルシューティング
  • 問い合わせ内容の記録、対応履歴の管理
  • 問い合わせ件数や内容の集計、報告

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥220,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥20,620〜¥32,810(12時間相当分)を含む。12時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給 22万円 〜 35万円

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 19万6570円 〜31万7190円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万620円〜 3万2810円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり12時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
