その後、具体的な業務として
入出金の管理 に着手し、基礎を固めていただきます。
次第に 資金調達 や 事業投資
のプロジェクトに携わり、財務担当としてのスキルを着実に習得していきます。
初歩から高度な業務まで、体系的に学べる環境が整っています。
《主な業務》
■
資金管理
各グループ企業の入出金状況を詳細に把握・管理し、常に最適な資金繰りを行います。財務状況のモニタリングを通じて、健全な財務体制を維持します。

資金計画
経営層と緊密に連携し、事業計画に基づく精緻な資金計画を立案します。
必要資金の予測や運用方針を策定し、企業の成長戦略をサポートします。
■
資金調達
市場環境を踏まえた最適な資金調達戦略を策定します。
事業計画書の作成や、金融機関等との折衝を通じて、必要資金を効果的に調達します。
■
事業投資・M&Aの企画・実行
事業投資やM&Aに関する企画を立案し、予算計画を策定します。
関係各所との調整を行い、実行プロセスを主導します。
また、プロジェクト終了後には計画との乖離を分析し、改善策を提案します。

求める人材:
資金調達の流れがわかる方
(財務の実務経験がある方だけでなく、経理や銀行での営業経験がある方も歓迎です)
資金調達とは何をするのか、どんな資料が必要なのか、銀行とどういった折衝をするのかなど
少し関わったことがある、知識があるという方を想定しています。
地方銀行で法人営業を行っていた方
中小企業にて資金調達に携わった経験がある方(職種は経理だが、財務の手伝いをしていたなど)
勤務時間・曜日:
08:45-17:45
休暇・休日:
■産前・産後休暇
■育児休暇(男女ともに取得&復職実績あり)

■結婚休暇(5日。土日合わせて9連休となります。)
■有給休暇(取得率98%)
※基本的に土日休みです。
毎月公休が9~10日付与され、ご自身のお仕事に合わせて休日のスケジュールを決めます。
お子様の運動会など、ご家族のご予定に合わせて休むことも可能です。
子育て中の社員も多いので、ご安心ください。
サリックスグループの主要企業が飲食業であるため、年間休日数は飲食業がベースとなっています。
サリックスで勤務される方は自身の有給を使用し、長期休暇などを自由なタイミングで取得します。
また、月間の公休数がカレンダーの休日数より多い場合には、平日休みが発生します。
