仕事内容:

主な業務内容:

  • サイト上の宿泊施設情報(部屋タイプ、料金、在庫、販売条件など) の設定・更新業務
  • 宿泊施設からの各種問い合わせ対応(予約トラブル、システム操作サポート、契 約内容確認など)
  • 営業担当からの依頼に基づくキャンペーン・販促施策の設定(例:プラン 作成、割引設定、販売期間調整など)
  • 宿泊施設からの課題や要望に対し、社内関係部署と連携して問題解決をサポー ト
  • 売上や販売データのモニタリング、改善施策の提案・設定調整

<必須条件>

  • 事務職の経験が 2 年以上ある方
  • 日本語:ビジネスレベル以上(電話・メール対応含む)
  • 中国語:ビジネスレベル以上
  • PC 基本スキル(Excel、Google スプレッドシート等)
  • チームワークを重視し、正確かつスピーディーに業務を進められる方

  • 英語でのメール・チャット対応経験(社内コミュニケーションのため)
  • 法人対応または営業サポートの経験

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,600,000 〜 ¥5,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥71,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給25万円以上+毎月インセンティブ(試用期間除く)

※経験・年齢・能力等を考慮の上、優遇いたします。

※上記金額にはみなし残業手当(30時間分・4万円以上)が含まれています。

※みなし時間を超える勤務をした場合は、残業代を追加支給いたします。

年収例

年収500万円/28歳(経験2年)

<入社後の流れ>

新人レッスンを実施し、2~3週間程度かけて業界知識やシステムの使用方法を教えていく予定です。業界未経験の方は、入社後1,2ヶ月ほどはOJTなどの研修をとおし、業界や会社のこと、自社サイトを勉強しながら先輩スタッフに同行して学びましょう。

成果や成長に応じ、キャリアアップを目指せます。平等な評価制度により、年齢・経験に関係なく早期のキャリアアップも可能です。
