マーケティングディビジョンは、70以上のサービスを有する楽天グループのメンバーシップバリュー、エコシステムの拡大をミッションに、グループ横断組織としてブランド、クリエイティブ、マーケティング、メンバーシップをリードしております。

モバイル領域はエコシステムの根幹を担うプラットフォームと考えており、マーケティングディビジョンとして、楽天モバイルとの連携をより推進をしております。

部署・サービスについて
マーケティング企画本部は、楽天モバイルのプランやプロダクトの戦略立案とそれを実現するまでをリードする組織です。

配属予定の企画管理課は、楽天モバイル事業のマーケティング部門にて、戦略策定やKPI・PL分析を担う部署です。エグゼクティブとの関りも多く、高い視座をもって働くことができる環境です。

業務内容
楽天モバイルのマーケティング部門において、データ分析・データマネジメント、戦略立案に携わっていただける方を募集します。

ご経験とスキルに応じて、以下の業務をお任せいたします。

  • 経営層との戦略的ディスカッション: 全社戦略と連動した数値を基に、経営層と共に事業の方向性を議論し、意思決定を支援
  • データ分析: BIツールを駆使し、マーケティング活動に関するデータを深く分析
  • データの抽出と可視化:BIツールを用いたデータ抽出やダッシュボードの構築
  • マーケティング施策のKPI設計: 各マーケティング施策の効果を最大化するためのKPIを設計
  • 重要プロジェクトの推進: 経営層からの依頼に基づき、事業成長に直結する重要プロジェクトの企画・推進

必須要件:

  • BIツール(Business Intelligence Tools)の利用経験: データからの示唆を抽出し、ビジネス課題解決に繋げた経験をお持ちの方
  • データ分析の経験及び要件定義能力: 複雑なデータを分析し、その結果を基に具体的な施策へ繋げるための要件を明確に定義できる方
  • 俯瞰的な視点と議論力: 経営層の視点に立ち、事業全体を見渡しながら、データに基づいた本質的な議論をリードできる方
  • 瞬発力と対応力: 予期せぬ課題や突発的なタスクに対しても、迅速かつ柔軟に対応し、解決に導ける方
