Business Overview
The Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services.
We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.
Department Overview
Marketing Planning Department is an organization that leads the planning of Rakuten Mobile's plans and product strategies and their implementation.
Payment Designing Department is responsible for credit screening, billing, and charge collection in the BtoC mobile business, and oversees the entire process.
Billing Planning Section is the team that leads the planning and implementation of solutions to ensure accurate and efficient billing and collection for customers.

Position Details
- Promotion of cross-organizational projects
- Planning and implementation of analysis and improvement measures
- Planning for operational improvement, FAQ and UI improvement
- Collaboration and negotiation with each related partner company
Mandatory Qualifications
- Project management experience
- Logical thinking and planning skills
- Flexible communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills both internal and external
- Ability to flexibly respond to changes in the environment, and to lead solutions by running on one's own while coordinating with all related parties
Desired Qualifications
- Business English
- Experience in telecommunications industry
- Knowledge and experience in the mobile industry
- Knowledge and experience in payment systems and accounting
- Experience in credit card industry
- Experience in web services
- Knowledge and experience with databases and SQL
- Experience with BI tools
