The company provides payment agency services, acting as a link for "systems," "contracts," and "money" between businesses that operate shops/services and those that provide payment services.

The company's financial technology supports a wide range of payment methods, enabling businesses to utilize payment services more smoothly and efficiently than if they were to integrate various payment options, such as credit cards, themselves.

As cashless transactions become more widespread in society, and with a continuous environment of significant increases in transaction volume and diversification of payment methods, the growth of the company's technology department has become essential. This growth is crucial to meet the demands for reliability and feature expansion in their payment infrastructure, which must keep pace with the company's increasing scale and service offerings. This is why the company is recruiting for this position.

【Responsibilities】

• New and existing service upstream processes (system planning, requirements definition, basic design, detailed design) related to the payment systems driven by the company's financial technology.

• Primarily targeting contracts, billing, and payment operations with merchants using the company's payment services, adapting to the merchant's service model and the service model of their partners.

• Maintenance of existing services, including merchant support, and responding to inquiries.

• Management and coordination of external partners involved in system development.

【 Job Description】

You will participate in the product development teams of each company and division of the company group, and be in charge of and promote UI and UX design mainly by utilizing internal and external resources.

You will be expected to lead projects to improve the customer experience by structurally understanding issues and taking a variety of approaches such as user experience, information design, and visual communication.

Because new business/product development is always required, you will not be committed to only one product, but will be involved in the development of various products in a cross-functional manner.

・Information design based on business and user requirements

・Interaction design

・Wireframe creation

・Design direction

・Qualitative research such as user research, usability testing, etc. (We can leave this to you if you wish.)

【Ongoing projects】

・New development of Fintech product(s)

・New DX platform development and growth in the real estate industry

・Platform and product development in the web3 domain

→You will be assigned to one of the above projects depending on your experience after you join the company.

【 Requirements】

【Required】

・Experience with ERP systems, including accounting, contract, and sales management operations.

・Development experience using programming languages, specifically Java.

・Experience with SQL and database design.

・Experience in system development using batch processing.

・Experience in web system development.

・Strong drive to independently advance projects.

・Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

【Preferred】

・Experience with on-premise development environments.

・Experience in basic system design.

・Knowledge of Linux / Unix and experience using its commands.

・Experience in mission-critical / back-office system development.

・Experience working with systems that handle large volumes of data or transactions.

・Experience dealing with complex batch processes / jobs.

・Experience in automating system development/maintenance or implementing management tools.

・Experience with virtualization / containerization using the cloud.

・Experience in security-conscious development and responding to vulnerabilities.
