月給30万円~未経験から物流支える司令塔に

お任せするのは、当社配送センターでの運行管理業務。
ドライバーさんと二人三脚配送を完遂させる重要な役割です。
例えば、「車両の準備確認」「最適なルート指示」「トラブル時の迅速な対応」など、
状況に応じて判断し、ドライバーさんを支える仕事です。
はじめはPC入力など、できることからお任せします。
研修は一人ひとりの経験やスキルに合わせて丁寧に実施。
1ヶ月ほどで主要な業務を習得し、その後も先輩が継続的にサポートします。
独り立ち後も安心の体制です。
- 業務のイメージ
・配送スケジュールの作成と調整
・荷物の積み込み補助・確認
・点呼やアルコールチェックなどの安全管理
・配達中の問合せ対応、配送状況の確認
・戻り荷物の受付や再配達の手配 など
2~3名体制のチームワークで行うので、
「困った時はすぐ聞ける」安心感があります。
- 1日の流れ(早番例)
7:00 出勤、配送準備(荷物・コース確認)
8:00 ドライバー出勤・点呼、今日一日の業務確認
9:00 ドライバーの積み込みサポート、見送り。その後は問い合わせ対応など
12:00 休憩
13:00 午後の運行管理業務、ドライバーからの連絡対応
15:00 ドライバー帰庫対応(荷物の受付など)
16:00 業務終了・退社

7:00~22:00内でシフト制
(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり7万3808円 〜 9万8194円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
