【仕事内容】
【職務概要】
■大手企業や官公庁向けの、データ分析・AI開発プロジェクトの推進
└ クライアントへの企画提案、およびプロジェクト管理
■ 新組織(コンサルティング事業組織)の立ち上げ
経営/役員直轄組織の「コアメンバー」としてIPOを見据えた事業拡大に携われます。
COO直轄で、新規事業推進組織の中核メンバーとして参画していただきます。レポートラインは、COOを想定しています。
基本リモートワーク(在宅勤務)をベースとした上で、必要に応じて週1回程(月3~4回)東京オフィスへ出社しています。
入社時は、チームメンバーも出社回数を増やして、リアルコミュニケーションの機会を増やすことが可能です。
同社は、日本最大級のデータ分析コンペティションプラットフォーム「SIGNATE」を運営しております。

下記、いずれかの経験をお持ちの方(1年以上)
■コンサルティング企業等でのコンサルティング業務経験
└ クライアントへの企画提案経験、およびプロジェクト管理経験
■事業会社にて事業企画や経営企画など、コンサルに類似した業務経験をお持ちの方
■IT企業にてPMOやプロジェクトマネージャーなどの経験をお持ちの方
上記に加え、下記スキル必須
■ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション・調整能力

■データサイエンスやAIへの理解や知識習得意欲
■ データ分析/AI開発プロジェクトのご経験
■ システム開発プロジェクトのご経験
■ 官公庁向けプロジェクトのご経験
【給与】
年収:800万~1000万程度
年俸制:月額667922円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
