仕事内容:

千葉県を基盤とした創業80年の安定企業で、マンション・集合住宅・商業ビル・公共施設等の大規模修繕工事における現場施工管理業務をお任せします。

【主なお仕事について】

・着工前:管理組合との打ち合わせ・説明会への出席、工事施工計画の立案、工程表の作成

・着工中:準備工・仮設物の設置、協力会社のメンバー構成・施工品質管理、現場の安全管理

・全工程管理:ITツール(ANDPAD)を活用した工程管理や資材の発注、予算の管理

・竣工・引渡し:竣工図書等の作成、竣工検査の立会い、是正対応後の引渡し

・アフターフォロー:修繕後も「いつまでも価値ある住宅」を維持するためのメンテナンス対応

担当現場は100世帯以上、数億円規模の案件がメインとなります。数億円規模の場合は複数名でチームを組み、協力して業務を進めていただきます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
