・「march」導入拡大と営業組織構築の双方をリードいただきます。

・単なる新規獲得にとどまらず、営業戦略の立案~実行、KPI設計、チームビルディングなど、強い営業体制を構築していただきます。

※2025年にはヘルスケア産業の市場規模は約33兆円になると推測(※出典:経済産業省におけるヘルスケア産業政策について)

※オンライン診療で可能な診療数が6億回に対して、現在オンライン診療数300万件しか行われていないのが現状。まだまだ伸びしろのある成長産業。

・見込み客への「march」の提案営業

・営業戦略立案~実行

・リード~受注までのパイプラインマネジメント

・セールスチームのメンバーマネジメント

・営業プロセスの磨き込み

【求める人材】

■無形商材(SaaS・IT・人材・広告など)での法人営業経験(5年以上)

■5名以上のマネジメント経験(1年以上)

■目標達成のためにPDCAを回した経験

■営業成績上位トップ10%に入り続け、クロージング力に絶対的な自信がある方

■当事者意識を持って事業へ取り組める方
