Rapid business expansion has led to the need for a Property Manager to oversee logistics facilities managed by the company.
Responsibilities and Mission:
As a Property Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for liaising between the facility owners (investors/asset management companies) and tenant companies (logistics companies, etc.) to conduct property management and asset value enhancement operations.
- General property management duties
- Owner and Asset Management (AM) liaison
- Tenant interaction
- Logistics facility operation and management
- Construction management
You will be involved in property management tasks for rapidly expanding logistics investment properties.
Work Environment:
- The ability to work at satellite offices allows for flexible and efficient work arrangements, enabling direct travel to assigned properties or return from satellite offices.
