【営業(サービススタッフ)って何をするの?】
主に一般のご家庭に食材をお届けしていただきます。
お届け地区は、一定のお客様のため管理しやすくなっています。
集金業務、メニューの配布、注文の受注、食材を入れる箱の回収、チラシの配布や紹介などで新規のお客様を増やす営業活動も行っていただきます
お客様から直接「ありがとう」と言っていただけるため、やりがいのある仕事です。
【定時退社を推奨している職場】
家族との時間、プライベートの時間も大切にしていただきたいため、残業は少なくし、定時退社を推奨しています
またGWやお盆休み、年末年始なども3〜7日間お休みすることができ、メリハリをつけながら働ける職場となっています。
【未経験でもOK研修サポート体制がある職場】
普通自動車免許をお持ちの方であれば、未経験者でもOK
入社後は先輩社員と同行しマンツーマンで指導
1ヶ月間(早い方は3週間ほど)のサポート体制を整えていますので、確実に仕事内容を覚えていただくまで指導します
【主な仕事内容】
・食材の配達
・セットボックス(食材を入れる箱)の回収
・集金業務
・メニューの配布
・注文の受注(回収)
・新しいお客様を増やす営業活動(チラシ配布・紹介など)
※一定の地区のお客様を管理して頂きます。

8:30〜9:10 出社・朝礼・営業車へセットの積み込み開始
9:10〜16:00 配達営業(1時間の昼休憩あり)
16:00〜16:20 回収された空箱、フタ等の備品類の片づけ
16:20〜17:20 営業に関する事務処理、明日の準備等
17:20〜17:30 終礼
17:30 退社

完全週休2日制(土日)※祝祭日は出勤とする
ただし年間スケジュールで研修日が土曜と重なる場合は午前中のみ出勤日1〜2日程度あり(出勤手当あり)

月給 192,000円 ~ 246,000円

※年齢・経験を考慮の上、当社規定により決定します

※試用期間3ヶ月あり(試用期間中は177,000円)
【うれしい充実した諸手当】
業績手当:16,000円~(業績手当とはセット数を基準より多く配達した手当のこと)
代配手当:50円/1セット~(担当外のコースを配達した場合、セット数に応じて支給)
職務手当(営業手当):122,000円
通勤手当:一律5,000円
月給の内訳は以下の通りです。

内訳:基本給 70,000円
職務手当 122,000円
業績手当 20,000円
代配手当 500円(50円/1セット)
通勤手当 5,000円

※代配手当は、担当外のコースで10セット配達した場合の金額になっています。

賞与あり(年2回)※前年度実績:60,000〜900,000円/年(個人の業績による)

企業のセールスポイント
食材(ミールキット)宅配サービスのヨシケイグループ本部として、メニュー作成と商品開発を主な事業としています。1975年に、静岡県清水市(現:静岡市清水区)にヨシケイが誕生し、その後全国にフランチャイズ展開をしていく上で、FCを統括する本部機能の必要性からヨシケイ開発が誕生しました。以来、食生活や生活様式の変化に対応しながらメニュー作成や商品企画を行っています。
北九州市小倉北区、南区、戸畑区、門司区、京築地区を株式会社ヨシケイ小倉が担当しています。
(1)YSO基準
ヨシケイでは、『YSO基準』に基づき、以下のような取り組みを行っています。
1.工場設備や食品、社員等の衛生管理基準を設け、品質管理の向上に取り組んでいます。
2.製造委託先を選定するための工場監査チェックリストを設け、厳しい工場監査に取り組んでいます。
3.独自の食品添加物基準である「Yリスト」を定め、安全・安心な商品のお届けに取り組んでいます。
(2)衛生管理体制
ヨシケイでは、グループの本部にあります品質管理室ならびに外部検査機関によるダブルチェック体制での定期的な衛生監査をフランチャイズ会社および製造委託先に対して実施し、つねに衛生管理レベルの維持向上に取り組んでいます。
(3)オリジナルブランドの開発
ヨシケイセレクトについては、HACCP等の管理手法に準拠した工場で製造するように取り組んでいます。また、最終商品から原材料までのトレーサビリティ確保のため、工程の各段階での記録と保存を行うよう取り組んでいます。
1.HACCPとは
原料の入荷から製造・出荷の工程において、あらかじめ危害を予測し、その危害を防止するためのポイントを特定。そのポイントを継続的に監視・記録し、異常を認められたらすぐに対策を取り、解決することで安全な食品のみをお客様に提供しようとするシステムのことです。
2.トレーサビリティとは
生産、処理・加工、流通・販売等の段階で、食品の仕入先・販売先、生産・製造方法などの記録をとり、保管し、食品とその情報を追跡し、さかのぼることができるシステムのことです。
