2023年の米国株24時間取引サービスの開始以降、日本国内におけるmoomooユーザーは急増。2024年には日本株やその他資産クラスへの本格参入を果たし、2025年はこれまでに構築した基盤をさらに拡大し、市場でのポジションをより一層確立するフェーズへと突入しました。

<組織>
所属はコンテンツ部となり、20代、30代を中心に約30名のメンバーで構成されています。当社の主要商品のフロント部門を担当する部署になります。
<職務詳細>
投資初心者から上級者まで幅広いユーザーに、よりわかりやすく、より効果的にプロダクト機能を届けるため、アプリ機能紹介・投資教育コンテンツの企画・運用を担う。
アプリ内外の各タッチポイントで「moomoo証券の価値」を正しく伝え、ユーザーの理解促進・利用促進・アクティベーションをリードしていただくポジションとなります。
<主な業務>
- moomooアプリの各種機能(注文機能、分析ツール、AI機能、学習コンテンツ等)の紹介戦略の企画・実行
- 投資初心者にも分かりやすい形での機能解説・教育コンテンツ(動画/記事/チュートリアル)の制作・運用
- ユーザー行動データや市場調査を用いた利用促進(Activation)・再訪促進(Retention)施策の立案
- ローカル市場の投資ニーズを踏まえた、プロダクト改善提案・UI/UX最適化に向けたプロダクトチームとの連携
- アプリ内外のチャネル(Push、EDM、SNS、広告など)に応じた最適なコンテンツ提供戦略の策定
- コンテンツ施策の効果測定(CTR・CVR・利用率など)と、改善に向けたPDCAの推進
【必須条件】
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
- 英語ビジネスレベル(HQや開発チームとのコミュニケーションで使用)
- 3年以上のプロダクト運用、マーケティング、コンテンツ企画のいずれかの経験
- データ分析に基づいた課題抽出・改善提案のスキル
- 複数部署と協業しながらプロジェクトを推進できるコミュニケーション能力
- 投資(国内株式、米国株式、ETF など)への基本的な理解、または投資経験
